Located in Summerfield, New Brunswick (Near Centreville and Florenceville-Bristol) this rambling farmhouse is one of two houses that make up what we call Rolling Hills Lodge. It is situated amongst farm fields. (The other guesthouse is #895) This house has met (some) needs and been used by individuals, families, and couples at various times.
Although we have made small improvements each chance we get, the house still needs repairs, and lacks some essentials (like hot water and better electrical connection) which we would like to remedy as time, assistance, and resources provide.

The Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, Bathroom, Laundry Facilities, and wrap-around Deck are all located on the main floor of this rambling farmhouse.
There are two Bedrooms and a Side Room located upstairs.
Kitchen has a fridge and stove.

The Living Room looks over the front yard and has a sliding glass door onto the deck.

The Washing Machine (no dryer yet) is located in the Bathroom.

This is a Three piece bathroom with towels and face cloths. It is Located just off the kitchen on the main floor.
Housekeeping Supplies List
The Deck is located along the front and side of the farmhouse. There is a nice view of the property's gardens, and front yard.

This Master Bedroom has a small closet, loveseat, and crib. The Sideroom is located off of this bedroom which has a double bed.
